?A Singaporean Food & Beverage company is currently looking for a HR Director with great career growth opportunities. With stores operating across the world, this company has continued growth plans for 2015.
Currently they have an opportunity for a HR Director to join their China operation to look after their operations on a National level.
1. Reporting to China GM and Division CEO based in Singapore
2. Career development opportunities
Responsibilities for this position include but is not limited to:
1. Ensure the smooth management of all aspects of human resources, both operationally & strategically
2. Work with business entity on manpower requirements to ensure timely deployment of resources in support of business operations
3. Develop multiple channels to ensure a steady pipeline of manpower resources
4. Implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction & minimize staff outflow
5. Oversee the annual performance appraisal, salary review & bonus exercises, and provide recommendations on reward distribution
6. Provide & interpret HR data to provide management information on turnover, headcount, compensation, organizational statistics etc so as to facilitate planning & decision-making
7. Develop & manage the annual labour cost budget of the business entity
8. Ensure that HR policies & practices are compliant with prevailing statutory regulation
9. Supervise, train and develop the HR team
10. Manage a team of 7
Requirements for this position include but is not limited to:
1. 10 years of relevant experience (incl. 3 years in a managerial capacity)
2. Strong project management and implementation skills
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
4. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin ( written and spoken)
5. Strong knowledge in employment laws
