职位描述
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Provide technical and management expertise in engineering , task management, new technology & new process research and study, technical consultation and design and review facilitation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Establish technical systems, tools and methods that support the continual improvement of product development and the quality of products
2. New technology research and introduce to mass production, new process study to improve the effiency, quality, defect rate and so on;
3. Provide coaching and management guidance to a team of qualified engineers to enhance their skills competencies and career development within the organization
4. Well communication with customer to figure out customer's tech requirement and show SAA technical ability.
5. proactively involve project activities for mechanical and general projects issue, proactively involve general department issue and provide training or other help for new comer, support production line for all design issue even after design release. Support production line for non-design issue per reporter's arrangement;
6. Lead new technology research and identify its opportunities to enhance product performance
7. Work closely with other R&D departments to ensure cross-semination of experience, design and technology is ensured at all time;
JOB SPECIFICATION
1. Familiar with new technology research, documentation system, process, performance, reliability and safety requirements, cost price, planning procedures. Familiar with competency and skills management;
2. Understanding of injection molding, Tolerance analysis, Stamping, Die-casting, Plastic Engineering, Part Assembly, ProE and FMEA Modelling, APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA, tool design, supply chain
3. Team player, hard working, flexible, excellent time management, open minded, ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, fluent in both English and Chinese, a senior and mature person with a lot of exposure in developing products for the abroad customer base;
4. Bachelor Degree in ME is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading an Engineering Development Group. Fluent in English
