职位描述
Job Description:
1.Daily Customers visit and demos/presentation, to maintain existing customers sales and the develop new customers;
拜访客户,产品展示,维护现有餐饮渠道客户,并进行新客户的开拓;
2.Monitor gross margin, manage and control discounts;
监控产品利润,管理和控制折扣情况;
3.Manage and follow up Preorder, forecast and delivery;
管理和跟进预估订单,销量预测和送货;
4.Optimize sales channel, products range and service;
优化销售渠道、产品系列以及销售服务;
5.Analyze ROI on brand/ investment.
对投入产出情况的分析;
6.Coordinate/organize technical support, special sponsorships and events for in charge brand;
协调和安排与所负责品牌相关的技术支持,特殊赞助和活动;
7.Define and manage brand promotion plan coordinating with supplier.
品牌促销计划的制定和管理。
Required characteristics
1.Bachelor degree/ Business school
本科及以上学历。
2.Solid general sales & marketing experience in FMCG/imported food industry with at least 5 years hands on background, Broad experience in China and Asia markets and significant experience in new products launch and market exploitation.
具备五年以上快速消费品/进口食品行业销售/市场工作经验,熟悉中国市场情况,具备较好的新产品开发经验。
3.Fluent in English and mandarin.
流利使用英文、中文。
4.Strategic thinking with strong skills in problem identification, analysis and solving , strong negotiation and communication skills, good at taking initiative and making decision. Experience in food service sales channels is a plus.
具备较好的战略性思维、分析解决问题的能力,以及沟通协调能力。具备餐饮渠道销售经验者优先。
