Position Description

Establish an effective communication channel to collect employee requirements, expectations and feedbacks. Create and maintain the employee focus group and organize appropriate forums to actively listen to our customers.
Manage the employee experience project portfolio. Prioritize user requirements with consideration of global strategy and industry trend to develop China roadmap and project plan. Communicate clearly the cost and benefit to management for assessment.
Lead the execution of the projects with clear measurement of the result.
Establish and maintain an ‘adoption’ dashboard for new / existing tools and services, to highlight and reinforce the effective use of the services.
Setup Service Level Agreement and drive for Excellence of Service. Work with Helpdesk and other IT teams to ensure the support for new tools and services is well publicized and effective.
Participant in Group/Zone Employee Experience Initiative discussion and give input to the Group/Zone strategy.
Establishes a close working relationship with HR and Internal Communications to ensure that the message to the employees is consistent and well-managed, and that training in the use of new services is simple to obtain and readily available.
Organize IT regular communication such as IT newsletter and IT Day.

Profile
Bachelor degree in commercial or computer science
10 years of working experience with at least 3 years of end user service management experience
Proven ability of service delivery transformation
ITIL and PMP certification preferred
Experience in Marketing/Communication is a plus
Fluent English
