PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Responsible for the executing transactions at sub process level

Trade processing or

System posting or

Confirmation drafting and verifying exchanged confirmations

Reconciliations between various systems;

stock positions and cash balances or

Fail Monitoring

2) Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets

3) Responsible for Ops document filing & internal reporting，regulatory reporting

4) Responsible for mailing and relevant registration, administration

5) Handling of ad hoc requests/tasks where necessary

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

1) Excellent computing skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excell and Access.

2) Ability to work and communicate with team members

3) Strong analytical skills

4) Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese

5) Good attention to detail

6) Good interpersonal skills

7) Ability to handle multiple tasks

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

1) Graduate preferably in commerce or accounts

2) Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese

3) Knowledge of the securities/banking industry would be preferable

4) relevant banking experience would be preferable

5) Excellent computing skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excell and Access.

6) analytical skills
