The Job Description/职责描述

Product development implementation management
1、Draft and review product development procedure to ensure it can work smoothly
2、Manage the schedule of product UAT and Launch
3、Draft and set up product relative managment rules
4、Other product development and marketing tasks assigned by superviosor


Reports
1、Set up product related reports for management
2、Submit relative marketing product reports to CIRC and Regional office


Requirment/职位要求
1、Over 5 years life insurance working experience in China
2、Be familiar in the procedure of operation rules setting, product development ect.
3、Have experience in the project driver with good interpersonal and communication skills
4、Be familiar in the product relative reports
5、Understanding of the various insurance product type and product implementation resources
