职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Employment contract preparation and signing based on the signed offer letter collected from recruiter
2.Assist in new employee onboard process, welcome kits preparation and release
3.Collect all onboard documents from new joiner and send onboard notice to FESCO
4.Establish, update and manage employee's personal profile archiving
5.Collect and send out holiday benefit package (birthday, mid-autunm, Chinese new year) to employees
6.Responsible for employee relationship management and explain the HR policy and processes;
7.Assist in employees exit and employment contract termination process, complete exit interview
8.Analyse employee's leaving reasons and attrition rate on monthly basis
9.Fill in the HR resource info for each employee ERP account
10.Employee email account open and deactivate, overall maintenance of AED system
11.Responsible for employee's probation appraisal process and employment contract renewal
12.Manage and implement foreign staff’s working visa, work permit and residence permit procedure
13.Assist in local staff’s business visa application for business travelling
14.Assist in local staff’s Shanghai Residence Permit process
15.Support Internal events including but not limited to teaming building and annual party
16.Update HR related documents including staffing list, Master Data, contract status, leavers status and etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in human resource, business administration or other related field;
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in foreign owned company, in HR function would be preferred;
3. Excellent English communication skill both in oral and written;
5. Good communications ability with other department;
6. Initiative working attitude is a must;
7. Good problem solving ability;
