职责：Responsibilities for this position include:
? 能够发现石油化工行业领域存在的仪表安全问题并通过技术革新解决问题Be able to discover instrument safety problem on site and solve it through technical innovation
? 领导本研究方向学科能力建设，确保所属实验室的合理设计，有效运行Champion instrument safety R&D capability construction and ensure that the Division laboratories are designed and operated in a manner where the risks associated with major hazards are mitigated by good safety engineering practices;
? 队伍建设，包括规划队伍、技术职位计划、指导和培养下属等Build a team, including the team organization, technical positions planning, mentor subordinates etc
? 提出本研究方向的年度提升目标和科研立项规划，完成本研究方向专题技术报告Set up annual R&D target and improvement plan, ensure to complete R&D technology projects
? 策划完成国家或企业级研发项目申报Plan and implement R&D project initiating for country level or enterprise level etc
? 领导机械完整性评估、变更管理、化工和石油过程危险和风险分析、事故调查、设备失效和可靠性分析、火灾爆炸调查及各种装置中化学品释放方面具有丰富的经验Leading assessments of mechanical integrity, management of change ,hazard and risk analysis of chemical and petrochemical processes, accident investigation, equipment failure and reliability analysis, and investigation of fires, explosions and chemical releases in a variety of settings
? 研究关键仪表安全管理系统并为安全仪表系统提供安全解决方案Study key instrument safety system and provide instrument safety system solution
? 报警、联锁及紧急关断仪表安全可靠性研究Instrument reliability analysis such as alarm system, interlock system and emergency shutdown system
? 领导项目，开发仪表安全领域的新业务Lead projects; and develop new business in instrument safety management area
资格要求Qualifications for this position include:
? 学士、硕士或博士学位，化工仪表自动化专业Ph.D. or Masters or Bachelor degree in Chemical instrument automation
? 5年以上石油化工行业企业仪表安全研究工作经验5+ years instrument safety R&D work experience in oil & gas and chemical area
? 在化工仪表安全方面包括失效模式和效果分析、失效树分析、保护层分析、完整性分析等方面具有较强的技能Outstanding skills in chemical process safety including failure mode and effects analysis, fault tree, layer of protection analysis, SIL
? 危险结果分析比如突燃、爆炸动力学、爆炸过压影响、无约束蒸汽云爆炸和火焰辐射方面具有较强技能Strong skills in hazard consequence analysis such as deflagration and explosion dynamics, explosion overpressure effects, unconfined vapor cloud explosions, and flame radiation
? 较强的现场问题解决能力Demonstrated strong onsite problem solving skills
? 丰富的工艺安全知识In-depth knowledge of process safety management
? 曾获得科技奖励、国家发明专利、或学术期刊上发表过多篇专著者优先考虑Received science rewards of country/local level, invention patents or released technical publications on national/international magazine etc preferred
? 工作严谨，致力于工作的质量和准确性Must also have a proven dedication to quality and accuracy
