职责Responsibilities for this position include：
? 领导失效和事故现场的检验和调查Leading in field inspections and investigation at failure and accident sites
? 领导本研究方向学科能力建设，确保所属实验室的合理设计，有效运行Champion incident investigation capability construction and ensure that the Division laboratories are designed and operated in a manner where the risks associated with major hazards are mitigated by good safety engineering practices;
? 提出本研究方向的年度提升目标和科研立项规划，完成本研究方向专题技术报告Set up annual R&D target and technical improvement plan, ensure to implement projects and related technical reports
? 队伍建设，包括规划队伍、技术职位计划、培训下属使用各种工具对事故进行调查分析等Build a team, including the team organization, technical positions planning, mentor subordinates with analysis tools
? 通过实践，扩展队伍事故调查能力Practice and expanding the team’s capabilities in accident investigation area
? 协助市场和客户关系方面的工作Supporting senior staff in marketing and client relations
资格要求Qualifications for this position include:
? 学士、硕士或博士，材料、化学、化学工程或相关领域毕业Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field is required
? 10年以上石油化工行业企业研究工作经验5+ years R&D work experience in oil & gas and chemical area
? 具备较强的领导和沟通能力，以及技术信息综合能力Must possess strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical information
? 极强的现场问题解决能力Excellent and creative onsite problem solving ability
? 专注于质量和准确性、工作严谨Must also have a proven dedication to quality and accuracy
? 丰富的实验室操作和分析经验Experience in all phases of laboratory and operation
? 喜欢快速的工作氛围，能够承受较大的工作压力Strong desire to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
? 具有领导能力，较强的对技术人员的指导、培养能力Demonstrated leadership skills, strong mentoring skills with technical staff
? 在失效分析和再现实验研究方面具有丰富的经验Outstanding experience in failure analysis and reconstruction study
