职责：Responsibilities for this position include:
? 领导防火评价、设备失效和可靠性分析、过程分析和火灾爆炸调查等Leading fire protection assessments, equipment failure and reliability analysis, process analysis, and investigation of fires, explosions
? 领导海上防火研究、比如大型储罐消防、灭火训练模拟系统研究Leading offshore fire protection, such as large storage tank, fire protection simulation training system study
? 领导火灾评估和现场调查Leading fire risk assessments and field surveys
? 领导项目，开发防火工程领域的新业务Lead projects; and develop new business in fire prevention engineering
? 能够发现石油化工行业领域的防火方面存在的问题并通过技术革新解决问题Be able to discover fire prevention problem on site and solve it through technical innovation
? 领导本研究方向学科能力建设，确保所属实验室的合理设计，有效运行Champion fire protection R&D capability building, ensure that the Division laboratories are designed and operated in a manner where the risks associated with major hazards are mitigated by good safety engineering practices;
? 队伍建设，包括规划队伍、技术职位计划、指导和培养下属等Build a team, including the team organization, technical positions planning, mentor subordinates etc
? 提出本研究方向的年度提升目标和科研立项规划，完成本研究方向专题技术报告Set up annual R&D target and improvement plan, ensure to complete R&D technology projects on time
? 策划完成国家或企业级研发项目申报Plan and implement R&D project initiating for country level or enterprise level etc
资格要求Qualifications for this position include:
? 学士，硕士或博士学位，防火工程、化学、或者相关专业毕业B.S, M.S. or Ph.D. in Fire Protection Engineering, Chemical, or other related area
? 在防火工程、热力学、热交换和燃烧具有较强的技术背景Have a strong technical background in fire protection engineering, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and combustion
? 5年以上石油化工行业企业研究工作经验5+ years R&D work experience in oil & gas and chemical area
? 在防火方面具有出色的技能和业绩Outstanding skills and proven track record in fire protection area
? 较强的现场问题解决能力Demonstrated strong onsite problem solving skills
? 曾获得科技奖励、国家发明专利、或学术期刊上发表过多篇专著者优先考虑Received science rewards of country/local level, invention patents or released technical publications on national/international magazine etc preferred
? 具有领导能力，较强的队伍建设能力、较强的对技术人员的指导能力Demonstrated leadership skills, strong skills in team construction, strong mentoring skills with technical staff, project management
