职位描述
Summary of major duties:
Receive calls and visitors in professional way.
? Answer and transfer in-coming telephone accurately and quickly everyday.
? Receive guests and visitors in warm and polite way and inform internal contact person in time.
Handle in and out mails & packages accurately.
? Deal with all couriers efficiently and accurately everyday.
? Negotiate and control courier cost within market price.
? Do some imported goods clearance via DHL, fasten goods delivery from the customs as needed.
Order & distribute stationeries,drinking water, badges,office printing ect as per actual consumption, reduce overstock or out of stock circumstances, control cost with price negotiation for fast-moving items.
Complete office report and payment accurately and timely.
? Fill up payments on time and also enter SAP PRs accordingly every month.
? Separate costs by cost center.
? Maintain and updae office tel list.
? Complete office monthly cost report.
? Other report in charge
Maintain office supplies in good condition including lamps, doors, electricity, with prompt response when damages or emergency throughout Year.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Be specific with regard to years of experience, special training, applicable degree (or critical college level courses), as well as equivalency to education and experience.

Experience: ? 1-3 years professional secretarial / administrative support skills
Meeting room booking for proper internal clients.
Employee on- bard and exit management.
Other admistration tasks assigned by manager.
