Responsibilities
1.Fully follow up the IT policy and procedure and take the full responsibility as Helpdesk to provide support and resolution to users.
2.Response to any service catalog/service request/incident from Service-Now system and resolve them with SLA,like installation and configuration desktop/laptop for users and resolve any problem/incident
3.Monitor the IT infrastructure operation and report/resolve the any issue and incident in the site.
4.Server management and data backup and restore service on daily basis.
5.Telephone system management .
6.Printing system management .
7.Response to any support requirement from user.
8.Provide support for resolving the general application problem for users.

Qualification:
1.Associate degree and major in computer science and technology Or IT related.
2.Familiar with network infrastructure and various IT key facility for installation and maintenance.Rich knowledge in Managing network equipment and Server ,Microsoft OS/software as well as network security and protection.Has the experience in management of devices include router ,switch,firewall,PBX ,VPN box,wireless device etc.
3. Familiar with important and popular network management tools and measurement
4. Familiar with most of software from Microsoft
5. High capability in communication and comprehension between team member
