Duties:-


Manage office daily operation and ensure office facilities in an effective, efficient and safety manner
Support to inter-office administrative management, including office layout fine tuning and office expanding
Source, negotiate and evaluate vendors
Manage store maintenance works and ensure to be controlled in good manner


Requirements :


University graduate with 3 years experience in administration from sizeable multinational firms
Retail industry experience is a preferable
Excellent communication skill and sense of planning and organizing
Good command of English and Chinese in both speaking and writing
Good application skill of word and excel
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
