Job Description
Job title Sales DirectorDepartment
Incumbent Report toGeneral Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. To take general responsibility for sales in China mainland;
2. To manage the sales activities and lead all sales related staff all over China;
3. To stipulate & implement marketing and sales policies;
4. To regularly assess existing dealer system and take methods for improvement;
5. To collect, summarize and analyze competitor information systematically;
6. To implement the target group management strategy;
7. To control major projects;
8. To carry out other works assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university;
- Minimum 15-year working experience in sales field with no less than 10-year in managing big sales teams;
- Intensive knowledge and practice experience in distributor management and project management;
- Open-minded, strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Ready for frequent business trip;
- Fluent English both in oral and written;
- Preferred age: 40+ years
Core competencies:
- Experienced in managing a nationwide sales team,
- Experienced in market of cleaning equipments or similar (pump producer, detergent producer, tools manufacturer, etc.),
- Strong sales skills (open character, etc.)
