职位：设计工程师

工作职责
1.Complete design work, such as packaging, stackup, turbo top assembly and components.
2. Leads design on new product lines or development projects. Manages and reviews design work related to those projects.
3. Takes initiative to solve design issues. Solves customer/supplier issues with minimal guidance.
4. Routinely guides and shares knowledge with team members.
5. Manages design project schedules and coordinates with team members to meet them.
6. Creates or corrects Design Work Request for documenting design tasks.
7. Applies design standards and GD&T on Honeywell turbo products.
8. Applies engineering principles on Honeywell turbo design (i.e. casting, machining).
9. Proficient in design methodologies and tools; encourages others in new methods and tools.
10. Makes presentations to customer about project design. Contacts with customer and suppliers to make project move ahead as scheduled.
11. Interacts with team members and peers to resolve day to day issues.

要求
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Internal Combustion Engine, Aerodynamics, or related education background.
2. About 2 years relevant experience in mechanical engineering, strong design skills in mechanical parts and components
3. Experience in manufacturing process, such as casting, machining, stamping 4. Basic knowledge about GD&T and its application
5. Proficient in 3D design software, such as Catia, Pro/E or UG
6. Good plan and schedule management skills
7. Good oral and written communication skills in both mandarin and English
8. Technology exchange capabilities with customers, suppliers and management team
9. Team work spirit
