Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily warehouse (DM) and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery to our operation schedule/target
2. Implement eWMS module (Warehouse Management System), and provide guidelines from best practice catalogue in warehouse and ensure effective cycle counting and stock accuracy, perform FIFO principle and 5S system
3. Collection of all warehouse operation data to support management reporting
4. Execute, coordinate and optimize daily warehouse & distribution operation within the Receiving center and warehouse Operations
5. Executes and manage physical handling of goods and shipping (packing list / invoice) documents and keep all ISO records
6. Initiate operational improvement process of warehouse system, objectives and operational targets with our business requirement
7. Plan usage of operation resources, warehouse space, administrative, maintenance of assets and housekeeping tasks inside warehouse
8. Responsible in assets, personnel safety, performance and development of warehouse operator
9. Build up long / short term KPI for each team, as bench mark critical for performance evaluation

Requirements:

• College degree or above, major in supply chain or logistics management is preferred
• At least 5 years' experience in warehouse and distribution operations
• Good knowledge of warehouse management system, especially in SAP and eWMS
• Flexible, independent and mature, and can work under pressure
• Good in verbal English
• Adapt to night shift
