Sr. Production Planner ( Master Scheduler)

Responsibilities:

1. Daily production order management from created, released to complete
2. Support the overall Retails Operations process to meet the customer demand over the scheduling time horizon.
3. Get the forecast and order from different planning regions to perform the capacity planning analysis.
4. Creating master schedules based on demand forecasts and production capacity while adhering to business requirements with regard to lot sizes, safety stocks, delivery times, and resource utilization.
5. Balancing supply and demand at the manufacturing unit operation and master schedule levels.
6. Proactively review all the on hand FG inventory and setup the inventory target from the production order supplies point of view.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or equivalent

· 5~8 years direct exp in production scheduling / planning experience

· Good communication skill, including written & verbal English.

· Solid experience of SAP. I2 / SCP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is preferred

· Strong sense of production control in planning execution of IC / EMS industry
