Job Description:1.The assy backend process engineer will drive packaging development for marking/laser cutting/package saw/solder ball mount process.
2. Fully support Section Manager on the development of the Company goals, strategy and tactics. The most important, to lead the team to assure the good execution
3. Strictly follow the Company Policy, SOP, WI and respect the company culture
4. New process technology capabilities developments
5. Report any non-conformance issue and develop/follow up the improvement actions
6. Continuous improvement on direct/indirect material cost down & yield enhancement program
7. Ensure effective hand shaking process of new device/product introduction to the line
8. Maintained SOP ,WI,FMEA,Control Plan
Job Requirements:1. BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field
2. 2+ years of related experience
3. Must be able to communicate in English
4. Must be self-directed and able to make engineering decisions.
5. Must possess a data-focused approached to problem solving.
6. Must be a team builder - listens and considers input from others.
7. Must possess the personal traits of a Project Leader - strong perseverance and determination along with consensus and team building and the ability to know when to use either approach.
8. Proficient in standard business application software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
9. Working knowledge of Agile, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator.
10.Ability to coordinate and/or support multiple projects simultaneously.
