Electronic Failure Analysis & Reliability Engineer

Responsibility:

· Need to work with Reliability Eng to perform 1st level validation and failure analysis for reliability test failures and production line excursions.

· Work in Reliability lab to perform Reliability Testing for product qualification, for Production excursion evaluations and for Package Qualification.

· Need to study and set up the usage model and reliability requirements for products based on experiment data collection and analysis.

· Need to work with R&D team and process engineering team to define reliability test plan and sampling criteria.

· Need to Maintain and develop the reliability test procedure, manage the reliability test schedule and follow up the test result.

· Understand the failure mode for process/package characterization.

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree in Semiconductor / Material Science / Micro-electronics.

· Willing to assume accountability. Willing to take challenge. Good communicate skills. Good teamwork spirit. Quick learning ability.

· Fluent in verbal English

· IC semiconductor assembly process. Rel monitor process and sampling methodology. IC life time requirement and acceleration factor methodology.

· SSD product technology experiences a plus.
