Position: Process Engineer II / Sr.

- EOL (Warpage analysis & Study)

Job Description
This position will be in charge of one or more function process of IC assembly operation, and should be responsible for:
- Inline program setup and process parameter optimization
- Develop and implement continuous improvement programs in quality yield and other operation issues
- Generate and consummate standard operation procedure, positrol log and guide line.
- Lead instant yield issue solution and long term process yieldindicator enhancement.
- New vendormaterial, 2nd source material qualification and cost reduction project involvement
- Process characteristic evaluation, new product process and new machine buyoff establishment.
- Keep good communication with customer on performance improvement and meetexceed customer's requirement
- Dispose of problematic material in the line daily.
- Provide necessary corrective action planed for request
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in electricity, mechanics, chemistry, physics or electronics
- 4 years at least or more direct working experience in semiconductor IC Assembly industry is preferred
- Familiar with Warpage analysis & Study and have exp on card assembly process engieering field.
- Good knowledge on Semiconductor assembly equipment is a plus.
