Responsibilities:

1. Lead and administrate Material Planning Execution team to support manufacturing sites including own factory and subcontractors located in mainland China, Taiwan and other countries/areas.

2. Lead to manage the material plan for production materials based on rolling material plan to finalize the monthly, weekly and daily purchasing plan and determine the change of material supply plan to be in line with demand change.

3. Lead to follow up the delivery schedule of the Purchasing orders of the direct materials & indirect materials and escalate to procurement operation team for expediting.

4. Inventory control management of materials in a reasonable level, including but not limited to Safety Stock analysis, Excess and Scrap analysis and Warehouse Rotation anlysis.

5. Identify the potential supply issue and cooperate with procurement operation team and strategic material management team to improve the material availability capability.

6. Own a process to continually and systematically review materials planning metrics and reports to ensure the team is focused on the right activities yielding optimal results.

7. Manage the Global Material Planning team with high professional, growing ability and result-orientation to comply with the company's business target.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years in a Supervisor / Manager role in material planning management, with at least 5 years working experience in the planning function of supply chain environment in multinational company.
2. Working experience in Semiconduct Assembly & Testing / EMS / SMT based Industry
3. Excellent English, both oral and written.
4. Excellent coordination and analytic skill.
5. MRP, lead time, safety stock, warehouse rotation index, Excess & Obsolete knowledge.
6. Very good at numbers and Excel skill.
7. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
8. Good negotiation skills with internal cross functional teams and external suppliers.
9. Able and willing to travel both domestically and internationally.

10. SAP using experience is a plus.
