Roles and Responsibilities:

This position will work in SanDisk Retail Fulfillment Manufacturing Engineering team.

Establish potential project of new automatic equipment and evaluate the feasibility base on production requirement and ROIC

Make out the schedule for new automation project and drives the projects according to the required forecast and further monitor the project progress

Machine design and work with the supplier for both mechanical & electrical drawing

Machine fabrication, assembly, installation, system debug and trial run

New automatic line set up, training and trouble shooting to make sure related automation equipments are working smoothly

Engineers and technicians training

Support production team and make sure that the new technology and equipment is properly applied for mass production

Play good communication and team spirit to achieve individual goal align with department goal's achievement;

Manage and train to the Equipment Engineer / Technicians and evaluate their performance;



Requirements:

Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering

10 years experience on automation technology management

has strong working background in automation technology field

Capable to do the training to the engineers and technicians

can do technological support to the equipment design and fabrication

ability to improve the equipment function

can manage the daily work of equipment team

ability to control the automation project cost

adequate written and oral communication skills, in both English and Mandarin Chinese
