Major Responsibilities:

1. File EAAR form on a daily basis;

2. Monitor aged work order and aged stock transfer order and follow up with inventory owners on a weekly basis;

3. Monitor abnormal inventory transaction and balance and follow up with inventory owners on a weekly basis;

4. Prepare sub-con inventory reconciliations during month end close;

5. Maintain cost data in SAP after ECO releases;

6. Other assignments;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master degree, majored in Accounting and Finance related;

2. New graduates from reputable university is warmly welcomed;

3. Strong English skills, both written and verbal;

4. Less than two-year working experience in accounting and finance area, experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

5. Familiar with ERP system like SAP and Oracle, etc. For new graduates, it is not required;
