Reporting to Asia Staffing Manager, the Sr. Recruiter will support SanDisk Asia Staffing project and critical hiring. The internal customers including Asia Retail Sales and Marketing, Asia OEM Sales, R&D Center and Asia supporting functional teams.

This position requires Bachelor degree or equivalent education certificate. Very good communication skill both in English and Chinese. At least 5 years of hands on recruiting experience with either search firms or in house HR on recruiting support for Sales & Marketing team, Finance, IT, Supply Chain function. We are looking for someone who enjoy recruiting/staffing work, willing to learn and grow with SanDisk business in Asia. Candidate with good judgment skill, learning skill, influence skill and logic thinking is highly preferred. The suitable candidate should have positive and can-do attitude, detail and result oriented.

The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
