Responsibilities:

1:Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle.

2:Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.

3:Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.

4:Be responsible for production planning and order fulfillment and contract Manufacturer management.

5: Coordinate with engineering, quality NPI and internal planning team to ensure production orders and shipment can be achieved on time to meet the customers requested ship date.

6:Be responsible for SMT and backend capacity planning, coordinate with related engineers to determine capacity and equipment requirement and consigned material planning and excess materials disposition.


Requirements:

1: BS/BA degree and equivalent with 3 or more years of related experience.

2:Good communication including verbal English.

3:Must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge and understanding of department strategic objectives and goals.

4: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong team building skills. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.

5: Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker.
