About Our Client

A Global Procurement Consultancy, based in US, India, Germany, Holland and UK is growing it's offering to the APAC region. They have won a number of new contracts, specifically in Beijing, and are expecting this to continue to grow. With a huge number of Multinationals as their clients, they offer end to end strategic sourcing and procurement solutions across a wide range of different Categories.

Job Description
As the APAC Procurement Manager, you will be dealing with two organisations in particular from the Real Estate and Telecoms sector. You will be the point of contact between these organisations and the consultancy focusing on the Real Estate and FM Categories. You will be looking at all areas of procurement including tendering contracts, Stakeholder Engagement, Cost Reduction and the SRM piece. You will be dealing with difficult stakeholders, understanding their requirements and then coming up with solutions to these. You will be working autonomously in setting up best practice procurement process and looking at where new business can be done.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree or Masters Degree qualified.


• Huge experience in the Real Estate and Facilities Management (Hard and Soft) Categories of Procurement.


• Experience in dealing with stakeholders of all levels up to CEO.


• Ideally worked in the Consultancy, Real Estate or Telecoms sector.


• Best practice sourcing experience.


• Ability to set up a function from scratch.


• Mandarin and Business English is essential.
