About Our Client
Our client is a Domestic Fortune 500 industry leader in the IT industry, looking for an experienced Legal counsel to join its Beijing Operation.

Job Description
This position has a broad scope which will allow you to work closely with the Company’s China Mobile Business Unit, serving as a trusted adviser and strategic thought leader. Your professional expertise will be leveraged across a range of matters including managing and negotiating corporate contracts, providing legal advices to internal clients on daily basis, dealing with litigations or disputes timely, revealing legal risks to business team and providing feasible solutions. You legal support will assist in driving greater internal efficiencies for both legal and business groups. Operationally the position can be seen as very commercial & practical, with a strong emphasis on integrity.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have to have a law degree in China with at least 5 years of solid experience supporting commercial legal issues within reputable law firms or multinational companies. International education background is a plus as well as previous experience working in the IT industry. You will have to be business savvy with great commercial sense. Excellent command of English and Mandarin is required.
