About Our Client


Our client is a Flight Simulator Manufacture Company with the Headquarter based in Europe


Job Description



·Set-up the China Sales Strategy with the headquarter and APAC sales director based in Singapore.


·Prospect business opportunities, approach potential customers, uncover customer needs, present solutions, close the deal and sign the sales contract.


·Achieve quarterly and annual booking and gross margin target set by the company.


·Working with Sales Support Tech team closely and may also participate in presales or sales meetings to review proposed plans.


·Responsible for developing capture plans and market pricing. Develops and maintains customer business relationships in domestic or international markets. Advises or obtains information for sales regarding the viability of new technologies/services.


·Facilitate and maintain BD and market promotion related materials, including but not limited to general BD presentations, project interview preparations, service proposals, etc.


·Evaluates and reviews consumer research, point-of-sale and syndicated data.


·May conduct make-versus-buy analysis from a partnership/acquisition perspective.


·Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.


The Successful Applicant



·Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, and at least 10 years above sales experiences in the aviation industry


·At least familiar with the Pilot Training but not necessarily expertise in the technical part


·Experiences in selling flight simulator would definitely a plus but not a must


·Qualified in “Miller Heiman” strategic sales methodology would be valuable


·Must be confident in managing “objections”


·Ability to generate and analyze competitive assessments.


·The spirit of Entrepreneurship is highly appreciated


·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


·Able to deliver performance under fast pace and pressure.


·Local Chinese is preferred


·Fluent spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin is a must
