Accountability
The Technician is accountable to:
Receive and analyze technical request from Buying Office together with Fit responsible and secure the content of information
Support Fit Responsible to secure equal fit and technical details for all sizes globally

Main Responsibilities
Keep updated on markets’ capabilities
Support in choosing most suitable production market from a technical and fit perspective
Help secure that the technical solutions are workable at the specific market
Together with the Fit responsible, check the fitting/workmanship/grading of the garment. Provide Buying Office with comments on sample and provide Supply Chain with feedback on sample
Keep updated on costumer/fit/concept trends
Follow Buying Office guidelines for all sizes
Give options for better solution to Buying Office and Supply Chain
Make risk and consequence analysis from a fit perspective together with GPO team and communicate to Buying Office and Supply Chain


Education and Experience requirements
Preferably education in textile, pattern or design
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from a similar position in production
Knowledge and Skills requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Have product knowledge
Knowledge of free hand program
Have customer fit knowledge
