The Quality Management System Auditor is accountable to:
· Develop supply chain partners and internal teams on quality management system
· Secure the supply chain quality management system
· Communicate, support and take necessary actions in all quality management system areas

Main Responsibilities
Develop suppliers and internal teams on quality management system.
· Conduct Quality Management System audit and report according to H&M working method and provide systematical support to suppliers and internal teams
· Communicate findings to Supplier management and guide Supplier/ factory management in a root-cause analysis
· Conduct trainings, educations and workshops linked to the Quality Strategy Plan
· Monitor supplier progress against action plan and communicate on performance
Secure supply chain quality management system
· Analyze and evaluate all dimensions (Requirements for Quality System, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Technician, Quality Management System, overall impression, risk factors, supplier type) to establish effective dialogue and advise on creative, practical and sustainable solutions to supplier
· Ensure implementation and follow up on action plans
· Responsible for data collection and good data quality
· Maintain up to date information on the database and systems
Communicate, support and take necessary actions in all quality management system areas
· Maintain up to date information on relevant quality systems and standards
· Communicate key aspects of above internally and externally
· Collaborate with relevant business teams to achieve mutual goals
· Identify good practices / activities carried out (by suppliers, other supply chains, stakeholders, brands, internally) and evaluate the possibility of scaling up
· Support relevant manager and quality teams in analysis, assessment and program/project evaluation

Education and experience requirements
· Good experience in textile/ footwear/ small accessories/ cosmetics education is an advantage
· Have worked with Management system education is an advantage
· Preferably minimum 1 year Management system and/ or third party auditing experience
· Preferably 3 years Production and Quality experience
· Knowledge and skills requirements

· Fluency in English, verbal and written
