Main Responsibility
Technical knowledge for shoes and bags, Knowledge for Shoes is a must and knowledge for bags is just a plus.
Material, component and trims knowledge.
Good communication/development skills, so relation with local supplier to source materials under indication of the trend developer
To be organized on categorizing materials and components, organized mind, helping building up material library.
Be aware of the role of showroom assistant also, so executive role, make cuttings to be sent to buying office (often) 50% of the role and keeping the showroom updated.
