职位描述
Job Responsibilities
1. Key connection with Sales Department (domestic & overseas) & Manufactories, to update the implementation situation for the Build plan in time.
2. Generate Purchase Order & Run Materials Requestment Planning in system, sub-contract to expernal supplyer & deliver to internal production plant accordingly;
3. Discuss with production team/OEM and set up production plan based on availability of facility and raw material, finished goods stock situation, etc.
4. To control the raw material inventory in a best level, to meet the flexible production demand;
5. To ensure materials can be available in time according to production plan. Ensure there is no production stop due to shortage of material.
6. To communicate with purchasing team, to make sure the purchasing order were in placed on time.
7. Responsible for SAP data maintenance as a SAP key user.
8. To communicate with logistics department, to confirm good delivery and shipment delivered in time.
9. Provide regular report to related function.
10. Delivery the quality work in time which assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1. 3 years or above working experience in material & planning, import & export declarations experience is advantage.
2. Good NPI implementation;
3.Undertsanding on internal companies billing and business mode practice like buy/sell, consignment..etc;
4. Familiar with SAP system;
5. Excellent comminucation skills with both internal cross functions and external vendors.
6. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in oral and written English as a daily working language.
7. Expert in using Office software especially Excel.
