职位描述
SUMMARY
To support all business operations in China and meet the further business development plan in this country, this role is to cover overall HR management for ALS Operation, Sales, CS, PD, and MAS Operation, Sales, Sourcing, R&D, Marketing and SCM team, in Shanghai, Dong Guan, Zhang Jiagang and the new site of Hai’an in Jiangsu Province.
JOB DUTIES
- Lead the China HR team, develop and align overall HR processes, policies and programs for an efficient HR management in China, in coordination with corporate and regional guidelines, and ensure local effectiveness and legal compliance.
- Implement talent management programs of acquiring, retaining and developing talent within and across different functions and locations.
- Collaborate with C&B team to manage China employee total compensation program, including job grading and salary structure, annual salary review process, job evaluation, fair and consistent remuneration practices, and benefit plan, ensuring its compliance with Corporate guideline, aligned with the market and with the law, and Pay for Performance principle.
- Implement Corporate Performance management program, work with management team to identify performance improvement and talent upgrade needs, and implement performance implement and talent upgrade actions to improve business performance.
- Ensure HRIS data accuracy and process compliance in China.
- Ensure effective implementation of Company Ethics policies and code of conduct in China.
- Implement employee engagement activities in China, including employee satisfaction survey, action plan, employee recognition program, quarterly communication meeting, EAC, etc.
- Control the attrition rate in China through exit interview, data analysis, diagnose the root cause and develop corresponding action plans.
- Act effectively in employment related issues and collaborate among Management, employees and Union to maintain a healthy working environment.
- Implement organization development actions including ongoing talent assessment, resources planning, succession planning and key talent management in China.
- Implement organization structure changes, restructuring activities, and new site establishment & HC expansion across various sites/functions in China.
EDUCATION
-Bachelor degree above
EXPERIENCE
-15 years above HR management experience in multinational companies, and at least 5+ years experience in managing multiple sites including at least one manufacturing site.
-Experienced in both South China and North China employment environment and labor law, and skilled in handling labor/employment issues and union relationship.
-Experienced in General Human Resources management with specific expertise in recruitment, C&B, training, and employee relations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA’s):
-Strong influencing skills – can skillfully influence peers, colleagues and management team, and has the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
-Profound knowledge in employment ordinance and employment related legislation in China.
-Good business acumen, resourceful and problem solving skills.
-Strong sense of accountability. Willing to go extra miles to drive for excellence performance
-Positive thinking, passionate, open minded. Adopt a proactive approach and can do spirit. Able to work under pressure
