TEAM LEADER

· Be a good role model /an H&M leader and work on building the C&B and International Assignment team to a top performing team.

· Settle the strategy for the team in accordance with company goals.

· Motivate, support & educate the team in accordance with company goals.

· Actively secure the organization for today & tomorrow’s needs.

HR OPERATION TEAM DEVELOPMENT

· Secure the competency level of team by delivering day to day coaching and mentoring.

· Talent Management based on individual development goals and career plans.

HR OPERATION MANAGEMENT

· Secure the implementation and understanding of main responsibilities & profiles.

· Secure team structure in accordance with growth or/ and flexibility.

· Conduct salary renew based on Business needs and market intelligence.

· Secure salary budget, conduct headcount planning and provide regular update to Business Managers.

· Support Managers for C&B and IA issues.

· Implement other assignments requested by direct manager.

COOPERATION WITH OTHER HR TEAMS

· Work closely with other HR functions to provide world class support to Business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· 8 years+ C&B work experience with 4 years+ leadership experience

· Good Communication skill in both English and Mandarin

· Flexible and quick leaner
