职位描述
Currently there is a rare opportunity for an experienced customer service manager to lead a team of 20 members. The company operates in the FMCG/manufacturing industry. As a manager, you will be given authority to make the position your own.

Responsibilities in this position include but is not limited to:
1. taking and processing clients orders
2. working closely with the sales team to manage new and existing products
3. ensure clients delivery are on time and all enquires are handled in a timely manner
4. resolve customer complaints in a professional manner and co-ordinate with internal team to provide efficient assistance
5. ensure team KPI is met consistently
6. provide hands on training to all members of the team
7. Consistently improve processes and working standard
Requirements for this position include but is not limited to:
1. A minimum of 5 years of management experience
2. Experience in managing a team of 10 plus
3. Experience in handling high sales volume and over 200 clients
4. Experience in dealing with international customers
5. Fluent in english is a must
6. Experience with handling products and sound product knowledge experience
7. FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred
