Responsibilities:
-Manage all recruitment, selection and acquisition activities for all positions up to and including management roles reporting to GM
-Provide HR Manager with accurate information for monthly and quarterly reporting, including budgeting data.
-Develop and maintain relationships with hiring and department managers to understand and address resourcing needs as well as organisational capability requirements.
-Advertise weekly all internal applications
-Maintain system for staff referrals
-Provide talent sourcing support to all BU’s and Regional roles
-Use recruitment agencies as last resort
-Develop Employment Branding Strategy
-Manage recruitment systems
-Ensure proper sourcing, hiring, on-boarding and development plans for new talent
-Coordinate all assessments
-Provide assessment feedback and interpretation support to HR Managers
-Participate in various HR related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
-Solid experience within the recruitment space.
-Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
-Working for MNC in manufacturing
-Ability to build relationships with leaders and employees to ensure HR is a valued function within the organisation.
-Potential to be promoted into HRM role
-Back-up for HR projects
