Responsibilities:

- Oversee Manufacturing Engineering Department with people management capacity
- Manage manufacturing technology roadmap and investment proposal
- Appraise and approve manufacturing technology as well as major manufacturing line investment
- Responsible for companywide manufacturing IE effort to deliver manufacturing excellence
- Perform and maintain the environmental system in manufacturing engineering department

Requirements:

- BS, majored in Mechnical, Polymer, Automation or equivalent
- 10+ years manufacturing engineering experiences with minimal 4 years in a manager role leading a big team
- Lean manufacturing, IE knowledge and experience is preferred
- Familiarity with injection molding, electronics assembly processes is a plus
- Strong leadership and good English
