Responsibilities
? Analyzing reports related to order processing and fulfillment
? Working with factory to expose any issues related to fulfillment
? Process orders several times a month, follow up and feedback timely information
? Evaluating stock and sales to ensure everything in stock and minimize the cost
? Plan and manage the E-commerce platform for special campaigns
? Developing comprehensive knowledge of our supplier lead time and process
? Communicating problems with order processing to respective departments
? Continual collaboration with logistics and Operations to improve the process efficiency

Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above
? 1+ years working experience in E-Commerce/Internet operations
? Extremely Detail Oriented: Minor details can turn into major ones when dealing with multiple orders for different suppliers.
? Reliable: Our customer expect the best service possible, and we need to be here to deliver
? Results Driven: By displaying a high level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
? Analytical: Ability to analyze trends and understand how to capitalize on them
? Communication: Ability in written and oral English is preferred
? Organized: The ability to organize information, plan, and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
? Collaborator: You will be expected to voice your opinion and receive the opinions of others at the same time
