Our client is one of the leading home appliance brand well known for their quality of excellence. With their continuing expansion, they are looking for an excellent Production Manager with a specific focus on final assembly to join their Shenzhen facility.

Job Description

Reporting to General Manager, you will direct and coordinate all Assembly production operations. More specifically, you will set objectives of assembly team, create and management assembly operations; hiring, training and developing resources capable of running the department on a day to day basis. You will ensure the assembly department operates with the lowest possible cycle times while delivering superior product quality. You will establish and monitor processing conditions and in-process quality controls; identify and resolve quality issues quickly, analyzing root causes and developing preventative and corrective action plans to ensure continuous product quality. You will also train team leaders and technicians; implement and monitor 5S and comply with the EHS procedures, instructions and orders.

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, you should have solid experience in running an assembly department and familiar with the equipment structure for home appliance assembly. You should have good knowledge in injection molding manufacturing and assembly. Excellent leadership and problem solving skills along with good English and Chinese communication skills required.
