*职位描述
1. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting Associate efforts in these areas.
2. Build a channel between finance and business to dig out the business reason and improve performance of business;
3. Lead efforts to cooperate with business departments and different finance areas to provide efficient and effective solution for new business initiatives;
4. Collaborate with other financial leaders to monitor execution of new business solution to drive continues improvement;
5. Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities both business processes and accounting processes; promote a customer-focused environment with financial risk control; and demonstrate adaptability and sponsor continuous learning.
6. Lead major financial systems related initiatives and projects, as well as systems changes and other ISD initiatives. Liaise with global project teams on the key initiatives.
7. Proactively drive system or process change discussions that will help achieve company objectives, reducing risks, addressing existing process efficiency or control issues. Actively represent finance to lead system changes and implementation discussions.
8. Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

*基本任职条件
1.Bachelor in Finance or Accounting related field, a master degree is a plus.

2.Certificate such as AICPA / ACCA / CICPA.
AICPA, ACCA 或CICPA.
3.Be familiar with CN GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS;
熟练掌握中国会计准则，美国会计准则或国际会计准则；
4.Good communication skills，excellent team work and multitask management ability.

5.Demonstrates creativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity.

6.12' years experience or above in finance; 5 years’ management position, at least 2 of those need to involve extensively driving systems and process changes. 财务12年及以上，5年以上管理工作经验，其中，至少2年有关财务系统、业务流程改造方面的经验。
