Distribution Coordinator (仓储管理部协调员)
Duties:
- Drayage Transactional Planning and Execution Inventory Reconciliation;
- Labor/Productivity Reporting;
- Capacity Management Report;
- Customer and Daily Site P&L reporting;
- Operations Exceptions;
- 3PL Scorecards;
Requirement
- Fluent English, Spoken and written;
- Computer skills-Excel, Word, Internet, SAP or WMS, Email, uploading of documents. Experience with TMS preferred.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to review data and processes and then independently determine and implement proper solutions.
- Good Organizational Skills
- Exhibit excellent Problem Solving and decision-making Ability - Able to resolve distribution issues, or know the resources available to do so.
- Must have excellent communication skills to work with IDS USA operations terms and management
- Must have 2-3 years of Distribution or Logistics Experience

工作职责：
- 货柜（物）拖运计划安排及执行货存对帐
- 劳务/生产报告
- 生产及仓储容积管理报告
- 客户端每日P&L记录报告
- 异常处理
- 3PL记分卡处理
工作相关技能要求：
- 流利的英语说写能力
- 熟练掌握办公室软件，excel 及 word的操作，熟练使用因特网，SAP及WMS系统，熟练使用电子邮件及文件网络上传功能，有TMS相关工作经验者优先考虑
- 较强的分析技能，能检查及整理相关数据并能独立决策及解决问题
- 良好的组织能力
- 优秀的决策力并能很好的解决工作问题，能解决分销配送问题并懂得利用有效资源
- 具有优秀的沟通能力及沟通技巧，能与配合之船运部门（IDS）有效沟通并管理相关 日常事务
- 有2至3年相关工作经验（分销或物流方面）
