职位描述
Requirement:
1. Familiar with Cisco router/Wireless Control/Access Point/switch, firewall and VOIP system.
2. Good knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 Citrix Xen, VMware Virtualization.
3. Strong network troubleshooting/problem resolutions, protocol analysis, problem determination skills with network trace/capture
4. Good spoken and written English skills
5. 2-years working experience within IT Infrastructure Department
6. IT or engineering related university degree
Duties & Responsibilities
1. IT system operation and infrastructure related service management:
Monitor and maintain the hardware to ensure the equipment runs well, including storage, network, server, telephone system etc.
Follow HQ guidelines to establish local client standard and install all client systems,
Regularly check the system health and performance and immediately perform actions to resolve any issues
2. IT assets/license/service management:
Discuss with local project team about IT assets and license needs?
When necessary, contact external vendor for offers to use in the project decisions ,Responsible for IT related assessment management, including all related asset information,
