职位描述
Job Title: Consultant
Summary: Work with customers and subsidiary companies to provide services as required. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope. Design deliverable content to deliver quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in consulting projects for the potential or existing multinational companies, including HR consulting, WOFE setting up, marketing services, etc.
- Research and recommend best practices to meet specific client requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs.
- Support status report development.
- Prepare project milestone documentation.
- Design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested by Consulting Director.
Requirements for the Position:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 8+ years successful working experience especially from MFG industry or consulting.
- Rich experiences in recruitment or WOFE set up or operation, etc.
- Good knowledge & experience for foreign company operation.
- Good report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- A willingness to travel 30 – 40% of the time
- Proficiency Level Written and Verbal English Skills
