职位描述

Company description: our client is the world leader in developing and manufacturing advanced materials solutions and products, particularly combinations of metals and ceramics, to improve performance and reliability of applications in a variety of end markets. Our primary advanced material solution is metal matrix composites (MMCs) a class of materials which has several superior properties compared to conventional materials including improved thermal conductivity, thermal expansion matching, higher stiffness and lighter weight.

Responsibilities:
1. Leads in the expansion of the Company brand within the industry through the development of strategic account relationships.
2. Develops and executes sales plans and production forecasts in support of meeting company revenue expectations. Includes managing established business as well as development of new applications in assigned accounts.
3. Identify and qualify new accounts that represent major growth opportunities.
4. Maintains account penetration plans and all communication, internal and external, associated with those plans using account and opportunity supplied management tools.
5. Provides up-to-date market pricing, competitive intelligence and forecast updates.
6. Manages key customer contacts within assigned accounts.
7. Stay abreast of new technologies that can enhance safety and increase value of our products/processes.
8. Be ready and willing to address any immediate issue as it occurs even though it may not fall directly into your assigned area(s). Be a flexible, solid team player and apply sound common sense to the issue.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, e.g. Material science or Metallurgical Engineering.
2. At least 5 years work experience in metal matrix composites (MMCs) or related industry, etc. Experience in international trading or commercial will be preferred.
3. Fluent in both written and spoken English and good computer skills.
4. Establish/Expand existing relationships with the clients.
5. Technical competent.
6. Open personality, active communication skills. Energetic and enthusiastic, honest.
7. Flexible to undertake frequent travel.
