职 责：
-Prepare and update the EHS SOPs
-Prepared for the application and collect the EHS permitting from the local government as operation required
-Establish and promote EHS management best practice within ThermoFisher Beijing Sites
-Organize EHS Committee at the local operation sites and follow up with the action plans
-Translate Corporate EHS document
-Organize EHS training according to Global EHS Matrix
-Follow up the implementation of the EHS procedures and policy
-Collect EHS related information, requirements from Corporate and local authority, apply to site EHS program when necessary
-Prepare required documents / reports for corporate EHS and local authority
-Follow up the action plan after corporate and local authority audit
-Incident / Accident report and investigation
-Regularly EHS self inspection and follow up the corrective action with other departments
-Work with management to maintain day-to-day EHS program
-Regularly facility inspection and follow up the corrective action
-Other works assigned

要 求：
-University degree, major in Safety Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent.
-Minimum 4 years of EHS and Engineering working experience in MNC
-Sound Knowledge of EHS program
-Good command of English skills
-Familiar with Auto CAD, Excel, Word, Power Point Auto CAD may not required as a must
-Honest, Precise, Pro-active, self-motivated, logic and well organized; constructive thinking.
-Good communication skills; able to integrate with the other teams
