Main Responsibilities

· Build, deploy, maintain, and life cycle windows servers

· Build, tune, maintain VMware ESX and Virtual Center infrastructure

· Perform Windows security patching, hardware driver updates, and standard application upgrades

· 3rdlevel support of server operating systems including Windows Server, ESX, and Linux

· 3rd level support of server hardware including IBM xSeries, Blade Centers, Dell, and HP

· Assist with documentation and process improvement

· Assist with server consolidation efforts

· Monitor server and infrastructure health

· Work with preferred vendors to maintain hardware and operating system standards

· Ability to work weekends and night during approved maintenance windows

Qualifications

· Knowledge of SCCM, IBM Director, Symantec End Point

· Knowledge of ODBC and SQL Database tables

· Knowledge of VBscript, Powershell

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Infopath

· Experience with ADM and ITIL processes
