我们的客户是总部位于香港、并于香港上市的大型的化工集团公司，也是中国最大的化工制造商之一。集团专注生产及销售化工产品，包括溶剂、涂料及润滑油三大类。
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 负责组织金属加工液（工业润滑油及特种润滑油）的研制和开发，工艺和质量改进，新产品转入生产的协调落实和实施工作；
2. 组织和安排新产品配方的开发和验证，以及主要原材料替代品的实验和确定；
3. 根据项目确定研发方案和计划，组织安排并落实研发步骤和监督管理进展情况，确保计划按期完成；
4. 负责解决因产品质量发生的投诉，对不合格产品的评审；
5. 负责编写技术性文件，以及对技术研发资料的收集、整理、管理等相关工作。
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. 本科或以上学历，化工或相关专业；
2. 具有5年或以上在润滑油生产公司从事金属加工液（工业润滑油及特种润滑油）的研发经验，熟悉金属加工液的组成、性能及应用；
3. 具备良好的研发项目管理能力、问题解决能力；
4. 具有良好的领导力、组织、沟通及协调能力；
