Job Responsibility:
1.Evaluate performance of HYCO plants, identify efficiency improvement/cost saving opportunities and author plant evaluation reports with recommendations for safe and optimum operation of the plants.
2.Review plant efficiency improvement projects identified by zones/business development.
3.Write efficiency good practice for deployment in the applied plants.
4.Provide support for the development and standardization of advanced process controls for the optimizing plant operation.
5.Make yearly efficiency plan and define efficiency project to follow up, document and track results of the implemented projects
6.Provide technical support to HYCO facilities to resolve plant process/equipment problems.
7.Review process/equipment change requests to ensure that proposed changes conform to company technical and safety standards.
8.Participate in the root cause analysis investigation of L1&L2 operational incidents and support development of preventive and corrective actions.
9.Participate in HAZOP, FEMA activities.
10.Support New plant building, PID review/punchlist technical support/participate in the PSSR/review and approve the operating procedure.
11.Make plan for GT/GE/IN procedure audit and author plants reports with recommendations for safe, reliable, efficient operation of the plants.
12.Technical training to plant people for safe and optimum operation of plant.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering and technology;
2.More than 5 years experiences in HyCO or gasification. Experience in Purification is a plus;
3.Familiar with chemical industrial standards for operating plants, including safety and environment related regulations;
4.Ability to read and communicate in English;
5.Strong Analytic and planning skills;
6.Strong team work spirit and resistant to working pressure.
