Responsibility：
HSE&Safety
1) Works in close relation with Safety Departments, to build relevant policies (EIS, ...)
2) Checks if safety rules are applied, and if not build actions plan with the management

Insure that the AL maintenance policy and the process are in place
1) Improve LI WIM GT/GE/IN execution in ALC
2) Is the main point of contact of subsidaries for the AL maintenance policy (guidelines, ...)
3) major technical issues raised by technical committees (China or WW levels)
4) Validates subsidiaries preventive plans (regular care & predictive, multianual), Promotes the respect of the Chinese maint. process, including the use of Maximo.
5) Optimizes spare parts and give CPEX SP strategy in his/her domain

Provides technical support/validation to the field
1) Provides technical support/validation to the field regarding the trouble shooting, inspection, and repair of Subsidiary's assets in TAR, major MOC when needed by sites.
2) Checks key parameters of the plants through Scada Web, provide analysis adn ensure follow-up on predictive data and identified engineered resolutions to recurring his/her domain issues.
3) Anwers to technical questions from sites

Capitalizes the lessons learned
1) Writes and keep up to date ALC maintenance guidelines, validate site entity standard job plans
2) Is aware of technical innovations. Proposes his own innovations, and promote others
3) Analyze major breakdowns
4) Influences the design of the plants built by E&C

Provides his/her support to existing plant and new plant
1) Validates the modifications requests
2) Assists technically the Goal efficiency or reliability projects
3) Supports and participates in due diligence
4) Helps procurement building specifications for new contracts

improve site engineer skill and knowledge transfer
1) Uses any opportunity to increase the competency of AL teams
2) Organizes training sessions on relevant subjects
3) Organizes regular meetings with mechanical engineers to exchange best practices
4) Facilitates the exchange of experiences between mechanical engineers
5) Defines or help define training modules with training department

Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree
In the mechanical domain, for engineering and/or maintenance and/or production activities, who must be familiar with compressors, pumps etc.. , specially familiar for Steam turbine is a plus.
