Overall Objective / Purpose of the role:

·Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery, including design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our client’s.

·Be expertise of MEP code and regulation

·Provide MEP advice to manage other consultants, contractors and suppliers

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

·Provide MEP support and assessment to lead Project Manager of projects.
为项目经理领导提供有关机电的支持和评估
·Evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection
在机电设备选型时，评估全生命周期成本
·Challenge MEP design provided by designer
质疑设计师提供的机电设计
·Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol
建立机电检查核对表和草案
·Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan.

·Prepare technical document for tendering
为招标准备技术文件
·Coordinate with cost manage to review and conduct VE for MEP design.
与成本经理合作，检查和管理机电设计变更
·Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required

·Verify construction progress and quality

Skills / Requirement:

·Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical, HVAC etc.) or equivalent
大学本科或以上学历，工程管理、工程类（电、暖通等）或相关专业
·5+ years relevant experience
五年以上相关经验
·Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation
熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规
·Be able to multitask and manage priorities

·Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need

·Be able to adopt change according to company business plan
